PC+ABS

PC/ABS (Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a blend of PC and ABS with excellent mechanical properties and a unique combination of the impact and heat resistance of PC and the high level of processability of ABS. The balance of the PC/ABS property is controlled by the ratio of PC and ABS in the blend, polycarbonate molecular weight and additive. Polycarbonate and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene mainly affect the heat resistance of the final product. PC/ABS blends show a synergistic effect at low temperatures, allowing excellent impact resistance, better than the impact strength of ABS or PC.
