Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is an opaque thermoplastic polymer material obtained from Acrylonitrile, 1,3-Butadiene and Styrene monomers. Strong and durable even at low temperatures, it has good resistance to heat and chemicals and is easy to process.

Features:

  • Flexible design
  • Excellent surface quality
  • Bright and deep colors
  • Compelling feel and touch
  • Size stability
  • Chemical resistance
  • Impact resistance

Compounds:

  • Unreinforced
  • Glass Fiber Reinforced
  • Glass Bead Reinforced
  • Lubricated
  • Surface Modified
  • Flame Retardant
  • Impact Resistant
  • UV Resistant
  • Laser Markable

Application areas:

  • Bodies of electrical apparatus
  • Kitchen utensils
  • Telecommunication equipment
  • Toys
  • Automotive interior and exterior parts
  • Furniture, construction, electricity sectors
  • Automotive industry
  • Electrical-electronics sector (especially white appliances and computer/communication electronics)

Processes:
