A. PİMAR PLASTİK GENERAL KVKK POLICY
Pimar Plastik Kimya Tekstil Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“PİMAR PLASTİK”) attaches great importance to the protection and security of personal data. In this context, it acts with full awareness of the significance of data privacy and security in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). It has adopted the principle of safeguarding the privacy of its customers, employees, and business partners in all its activities.
PİMAR PLASTİK adheres to the following principles when processing personal data:
- Compliance with the law and the principles of honesty.
- Accuracy and, where necessary, keeping data up to date.
- Processing for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
- Being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed.
- Retention for the period required by relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.
B. PİMAR PLASTİK KVKK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
1. Data Processor
As PİMAR PLASTİK, within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, we act as a data processor and process the personal data of our customers’ employees, visitors, suppliers’ employees, job applicants, and employees. Where permitted by law, we may also transfer this data to third parties. With this disclosure statement, we inform you about our mutual rights and obligations as required by law.
2. Your Personal Data and Processing Purposes
Your personal data is collected from sources such as telephone or email communications, marketing activities, job applications, employment contracts, and general business processes.
The collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the following purposes:
- Ensuring legal, technical, and commercial-business security.
- Planning and executing commercial or business strategies.
- Conducting the commercial activities of PİMAR PLASTİK through relevant business units.
- Managing human resources policies and processes.
3. Data Sharing and Transfer
Your personal data, which is obtained directly from you or collected through various channels by our company, may be shared with or transferred to:
- Public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data due to legal obligations.
- Our affiliated domestic and international institutions, business partners, and contracted entities for conducting our commercial activities, marketing activities, ensuring legal, technical, and commercial-business security, and executing related business processes.
Such transfers will be made in compliance with the data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, ensuring adequate and effective security and confidentiality measures are taken.
4. Legal Grounds for Data Processing
Your personal data may be processed by PİMAR PLASTİK, its business partners, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers for the fulfillment of commercial, financial, and legal obligations. This will be done in cases where processing is necessary or obligatory for legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
PİMAR PLASTİK retains the processed personal data for the duration prescribed by the relevant legislation. In this regard, personal data may be processed and transferred in compliance with the following laws and regulations:

- Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510
- Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through These Publications

- Social Services Law No. 2828
- Regulation on Health and Safety Measures to Be Taken in Workplace Buildings and Annexes
- Other secondary regulations enacted under these laws
5. Rights of the Data Subject
As personal data subjects, you may submit requests regarding your rights under the law by verifying your identity. You can do this either in writing by visiting our company headquarters at Çalı Mah. Gri Cad. No:13 Nilüfer/Bursa or via an email from the address previously provided to PİMAR PLASTİK and registered in our system.
PİMAR PLASTİK will evaluate your request and finalize it free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest. However, if the process incurs additional costs, PİMAR PLASTİK will charge a fee based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
In this context, personal data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is processed.
- Request information if their personal data has been processed.
- Learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad.
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the processing reasons no longer exist, even if it has been processed in compliance with the law, and request that third parties be notified of this process.
- Object to the emergence of a result against themselves due to the exclusive analysis of processed data via automated systems.
- Demand compensation if they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
PİMAR PLASTİK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT ON SECURITY CAMERAS IN COMPANY PREMISES
Dear guests and customers,
This statement has been prepared by Pimar Plastik Kimya Tekstil Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi within the scope of the obligation to inform under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
At our company premises, video recordings are made via 22 security cameras at the entrances, entrance doors, building exterior, cafeteria, offices, visitor waiting room, parking lot, security booth, and floor corridors. These recordings are stored for 30 days within the period necessary for their processing purpose and are automatically deleted after this period.
This data is processed automatically based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, which include the necessity of processing for the data controller’s legal obligations and legitimate interests, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. The purpose of processing these records is solely to ensure legal, technical, and commercial-business security and to maintain the security of company premises.
Such personal data may be shared with judicial authorities or law enforcement agencies if requested due to legal disputes or as required by applicable regulations.
